Join Charissa and Meghan for Flow Lab’s first duathlon!

Saturday fun followed by appetizers at our favorite local spot, Wine & Growl, sponsored by Lululemon. We will park at Wine and Growl (8108 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy), run, jog, wog or walk the mile to Flow Lab, take a 45 minute HIIT class, run back to Wine and Growl to enjoy some appetizers!
